Refund policy

At Solavne, every item is printed to order, just for you. That lets us offer a
huge range of designs with no waste — but it also means we handle returns a
little differently from a traditional store.

What we cover. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted,
we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund. Just email us at
shopsolavne@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number
and a photo of the issue. No need to send anything back.

What we can't accept. Because items are made to order, we're unable to accept
returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or ordering the wrong
item. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — it
lists exact measurements for every size.

Wrong address / unclaimed packages. If a package is returned to us due to an
incorrect address or a failure to collect, we can reship it for an additional
shipping fee.
